This page is for users of the Cricket dream team mobile app, available on Google Play. If you've created an account via email or Google sign-in, you can request deletion of your personal data here. Guest mode users do not have accounts, so no action is needed—your data is local and anonymous.
Important Notice
Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal information (e.g., email, name, saved game progress like cricket scores or teams) from our servers. This action cannot be undone. We will process requests within 30 days, as required by privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). If your account is linked to third-party services (e.g., Google), you may need to manage those separately via their settings.
How to Request Account Deletion
We make it easy to delete your account. Follow these steps:
- Identify Your Account Type:
- Account ID: Account ID will be visible in settings of the game.
- Google Account: Provide your Google email and confirm the linked app account (if applicable).
- Guest: No account exists—skip to our full privacy policy if you want to clear local app data.
- Submit a Request: email us directly at [email protected] with the subject line: "Delete Account - [Your App Name]". Include:
- Your full name (if provided during sign-up).
- Your Account ID.
- Your Google email (if using Google sign-in).
- Approximate sign-up date (if known).
- Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve).
- Verification: We'll verify your identity (e.g., via a confirmation email) to prevent unauthorized deletions.
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming the deletion once processed. We may retain anonymized data (e.g., aggregate gameplay stats) for analytics, but no personal info.

What Data Will Be Deleted?
For Cricket Dream Team users:
- Personal info: Email address, name, profile details.
- App data: Saved progress (e.g., cricket teams, scores, achievements).

- Third-party data: For Google sign-ins, deletion here doesn't affect your Google account—manage that via Google's settings.
